2 app
daily reveune : $1000 - $1200 since 3 days.
daily download : about 60k
Pretty good. Is it a application or game? and what category does it fall in ?
Wow…that’s awesome…what app or game is it?
it is an application and it is in enternaiment category. thanks.
Interesting - the revenue per download is quite high (about 3x what I get with a short session length app where I show a banner ad and interstitials every 3 minutes or so), which suggested that it might be a game (long user sessions etc.).
I am assuming that as an app it still has that quality i.e. long user sessions.
Is this purely from banner ads - or do you use interstitials also ? (or any of the startapp/type stuff - though I doubt it - most developers with high revenue games usually seem to be just using banner ads).
i am using 1 network.
1 App was making 18$/day but dropped to 4-5$ because of new update
hi ,if i can talk to you via skype ? the fact is we are just looking for Android developers to cooperation
Sent you a PM!
1 app around 800 downloads per day, around 2000 active users per day…50-60$ from admob
R u using only banner ads or is it a combination of banner ads + interstitials.
Is it a game?
What is your average session length ?
I ask because that varies by app - and maybe one possible indicator of “engagement”.
For example for 800 downloads per day and 2000 DAU - compare to my 5K downloads a day and 6-8K DAU per day, I get about $20 revenue (Admob banners + interstitials). However my session length average is about 45 seconds !
I am wondering if for another app I am making - if it’s higher session length (maybe) - will have a PROPORTIONATELY higher impact on Admob revenue ?
If so, this maybe a good hand-waving measure of revenue one can expect from an app (i.e. whether game or utility app or whatever).
Reb, can you indicate what your average session length is ?
I want to compare your revenue figures with what I am seeing - compare to my 5K downloads a day and 6-8K DAU per day, I get about $20 revenue (Admob banners + interstitials). However my session length average is about 45 seconds !
And to see if empirically it can be confirmed that session length is a good indicator of revenue (independent of whether app is game or utility app etc.).
Thanks.
its a game. i get around 50k to 55k impressions per day with admob refresh rate of 120sec. I really dont know the count of active users per day(i dont use analytics) but my per day download is 700 to 800 per day with usa being 400…
Can you let me know how can i get the active user count per day?
Is this Reb ?
In any case, answering your question, you can either incorporate Google Analytics into your app, or if you are using AppBrain SDK for showing ads etc. - then one of the benefits is that you can see some stats there - including DAU, Installs and the breakup of which phone models were using your app (and how many - as I posted for one of my apps).
Perhaps simplest for you (if you aren’t using AppBrain ads) would be to use Google Analytics - it will give you other stats which maybe useful as well.
You can also try Flurry Analytic SDK.
For one app I got around 10 dollar a day with a “more games button” from appflood, and a another 10 from randomized interstitials in the same app.
That was my first app and I considered myself very lucky even though those numbers only lasted for a few months.
one application with 200-250 downloads per day, 500-600 active users makes about 5-8 euro per day.
4 applications around $15 daily, but it should keep rising quite a bit since I just switched all my apps over to Admob and they are each earning 1.25 - 2x more daily. About 600 DL daily total.
For one of my apps:
DAU = 800
Average Session length = 200 seconds
Daily Revenue = $6
So,
(DAU x sessionlength) / dailyrevenue = 26666 DAU seconds per dollar !!!
Lower the number the better right?
I thought my revenue was good.
Anyway to improve my revenue? I only use banner + interstitial ads from AdMob (old admob). @adforandroidapps Need your help!
