Have you tried sending an email reminder. These ad networks have small teams and their work load is huge.

The eCPM is high but their interstitials are quite spammy. I’ve been using interstitials only and most of the time I’m staying above $20 eCPM. However earnings per click may fluctuate a lot. For me it’s been between $0.20 and $0.03 with an average of $0.10. The problem with interstitials is that they can be misleading for people. Some users do not understand that the virus scan is just an ad, instead they get the impression that your app contains a virus. I’m getting such complaints from the users all the time unfortunately. Anyway, as mentioned the eCPM is good but I don’t recommend putting them to a high quality app.
@steckter, I am looking for banners and interstitials networks. You mentioned $20 ecpm for interstitials. But the virus thing is not good. Pls. correct me in assuming that it is the sdk which is getting flagged as virus and has nothing to do with the kind of ad we show to user.
$20 eCPM? Recently (weeks) i am struggling to get more that $2 eCPM and $0.02 EPC! And since normally my top country is USA makes it totally not worth it if you consider their payment system.
@javaexp, not completely sure but it has to be related with the virus alert ad. Some users can be really annoyed then they see the virus scanner starting to scan their system. I’m sure there are users who automatically think there’s something fishy going on when they see the virus scanner stuff.
@Steve. Yeah, that’s what I’m getting with tapcontext. I understand that my eCMP is probably higher than most developers get but for me it’s been like that since I started using it in mid-July. I have also experienced a decline in recent weeks when the EPC dropped about 7 times, fortunately I’m back to $0.10 now which is not too bad.

Perhaps its because my app is a casino game but it’s just my guess. It’s difficult to find any other reason, my game is simple and not very original. The number of downloads is not anything special. I got about 10,000 downloads a month in Samsung Apps at its peak, it’s less than that by now. Majority of my users come from the UK, so probably that helps with a eCPM too. I can take some screenshots of my stats tomorrow and post them here if you are interested.
Ok. I thought the app itself is flagged as virus as was the case with push ad networks. Yes I have seen the kind of ad you are describing about virus scanner without user even being asked about it. I think these kind of ads work best for entertainment apps like yours (casino game, pocker games etc.) but not for all kind of apps.
Do you have also such delays in dashboard with new SDK? I updated apps yesterday and today still null on dashboard
since couple of days my ecpm is down like $0.50-0.60. do you guys getting the same result?

I’m waiting for my dashboard to show since 48 hours. Support is not responding aswell. They seem to have serious problems, so I will remove their ads as long as this isn’t fixed.
I have the same problem… I don’t know what to do with them…
Since I can’t even tell my ecpm due to this problem, I just replaced their interstital with one from another ad company.
I know that they may have lots of work to do, but no support in nearly 3 days and not even an email to all developers is just unacceptable for me.
Every time, I go to their home page, their is a count down timer of 33 hours 15 minutes asking you integrate in 30 hours and get $100 as bonus. Don’t know why that count down never comes to an end. Its really funny to see such a count down timer.
Anyone from Tapcontext didn’t answer about nor working dashboard… I have 200k active users and I have to change ad network… Bye TapContext!
