In my opinion, rating/review exchange is a win-win for all parties involved.
However, the way we’re doing it right now is similar to the barter system. It is too inflexible and slow.

I don’t think that it’s a good idea to public disclose this kind of exchange.

I think the big brother won’t like it and may penalize apps from those that he catches doing it.

HI, guys.

My friendly advice:

Just publish here that you want to do game review exchange. Don’t put details.

Do this by private messages.

I think it’s safer.

Moreover, ask to the partner that he/she tells you which review he/she made so you can check (go to your developer console and click on start/revies of the app and it will show everyone that reviewed your app).

The partner may just want your review and don’t give you nothing back.

For instance, I made a review for a person here on July 9th, sent him 3 emails and I didn’t get any response.

In this case I’ll undo the reviews/ratings I made. So pay attention to cheaters and scammers.
