What health supplements do you take?

i had some bloodwork done recently and found out i was severely deficient in vitamin D

started taking some drops (hate pills), and now my energy levels have improved.

anyway, i realized this is something a lot of people take more seriously than i do. so what is in your medicine cabinet?

I see it’s been a while since you’ve posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone here has tried magnesium glycinate for better sleep or muscle recovery. I recently added it to my routine and noticed some real difference. Also curious—has anyone found a noticeable boost in energy from B-complex vitamins? Would love to hear how your supplement stacks have changed over time.

I mostly stick to magnesium and zinc before bed—seems to help with sleep and recovery. Also been consistent with omega-3 for a while now, mainly for heart and brain benefits.

I’ve been using DeusPower for a few months now, and I’ve noticed a decent boost in my energy levels, especially during workouts.
