I’ve recently went on a quest to find the single best security app for Android.
I ran across several good apps but have finally decided on my favorite.
The top 3 contesters were…
- Leo Privacy Guard
- AppLock
- Smart AppLock
AppLock was a pretty decent app but it requires a paid premium upgrade to access all the features.
Leo Privacy Guard and Smart AppLock were very similar. They both included app locking & hiding abilities as well as a snooper-selfie feature that takes photos of anyone snooping around on your device. Pretty cool stuff.
However, in the end I’m going to have to say that Leo Privacy Guard is superior. They both do a great job but LPG simply has more features and provides all around protection for your phone. It’s much more than a simple app lock tool. It’s a complete security system.
Honestly I’m surprised that LPG is a free app. I’d expect something of this calibre to be a paid app but that’s apparently not the case. Kudos to the developers!
