This is bad for a big company like startapp dindt, t response a Ticket for so long. I, m with them now and the results are good but we need to have a good support as well.

I changed my option from paypal to ACH, earlier I used to get early payouts, right now - still waiting but not alarmed… and their support was super-fast each time I sent a ticket, matters solved within the hour.
