I am using StartApp exist ads for years, but recently Admob start ban app show Interstitial ads when exit: http://forums.makingmoneywithandroid.com/advertising-networks/21693-admobs-new-rule-do-not-place-interstitial-ads-app-load-when-exiting-apps-i.html.
I am wondering about Google will also ban app use other ads network like StartApp too.
What do you think?

I think it’s unlikely that Google will ban other ad networks any time soon, although anything is possible 
Google’s competitor in the mobile app market is Apple, and banning other ad networks might push developers to the iOS platform.
