If I want to create fan page that people can like so I keep them posted of my Android updates… Etc, do you recommend I create special account for it or should I use my personal account and create a fb page tied to it?

Do you publish your games as yourself you under your enterprise’s name?
I do under my enterprise’s name so the account I use is not a personal account.
You can use whatever account you like - for comfort reasons I would suggest to use your normal FB account otherwise you have to login/logout all the time. There is no reason to make a special account for it as long as you not want to use the special account directly. You can easily post as “your site” without logging out 
There are several things you cannot do when “use FB as <sitename>” - for example join groups … I wish that would be possible, but unfortunately it isn’t
And you also would need to activate a new FB account with a phone as far as I remember …Fans of your site may never see, who is responsible for the site (are they?)
