I found a nice easy solution and works with any ad network.
First you make you app in eclipse or android Studio and Integrate your app with Widdit Home Base.
Next You upload that app to ads2apk
Select free app and integrate app all the activities including the widdit activities.
Now you will have ads of choice in your app as well as outside of the app on Widdit’s Lockscreen, this works good with Startapp
