Some advice from me. You may design the interface simple. And you need to generate higher ratings and more positive reviews. Your app gets 90+ reviews and 3.9 ratings, which is not good for your app.

However, generating installs or reviews from real publishers will take much longer time. Because it is not so easy to get some ones to help you and some of them will not do same for you.
