Hmmm only civilized countries in South America are Brazil and Chile, so ok ok. But thx to Peru, Bolivia, Columbia, Argentina for selling, producing drugs, criminals, cartels, poverty, soldiers everywhere and danger for “gringos”… this countries are making bad opinion for all South America. Polish travelers were mordered in near Chile in Bolivia by local drug gang, they stolen all their things and …tried to eat them. Civilization!

Some countries are not list because complicated tax systems also or not fighting with piracy. Why Russia isn’t on the list? Because cracking every software. China too, Vietnam?(comunism), Thailand(complicated tax systems) and look also on your country population in Chile. 16 mln people and mostly they are farmers or workers in mines, factories. The ammount of high educated people is also important!

Man, i am not nationalist nor felt offended by your comments, but you need to learn a little bit before talking so lightly about countries. I have not been to Poland, but have lived and studied in Germany and England and traveled to most European countries. Letting civil education apart, which is our biggest fall, Chile is a solid, well educated and respected country. Take a look at wikipedia at least ;-).

The argument of being a small country may be valid, but there are several countries on that list with lower GDP than ours (Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Liechtenstein, etc…)
