Mobfox Payment April 2014 Not Settled

Hi,

 I started using Mobfox from March 2014 and my April 2014 payment settlement to be credited my bank account on 1 to 10 July 2014, but it not happened and the payment status shows in Mobfox as processing now.

I created a ticket and more than 48 hrs no response. Any mobfox users got the payment in this Month

Hi Nallusamy,

If your wire transfer payment status is “processing now” this means that we have sent the payment advice to our payment processing firm and the payment status will switch to “PAID” as soon as it has successfully gone out. This process usually takes 5-7 days for Wire Transfers and 24 hours for PayPal payments.

If you haven’t received your payment by Monday next week, please let me know.

Today is 21-July-2014 (Monday), Still no payment on my bank account and Mobfox Payment Status switch to Paid on 10-July-2011. Please look in to this.

That is probably bank clearing issue…

Its not a Bank clearing issue. I checked with the Bank, there is no deposit iniitated from that period. 4 days, no reply from Mobfox.

Hi,

I have been using mobfox for almost a year and sometimes it delay a few days. But April earnings have not been payed yet. It seems no payments went out since May 31st. Anyone else with this issue?

yes, I have same issue. I am not paid for June 2014. I have received mail, that “We are processing a Publisher Payment…” before 12 days, but I have not received any payment. They are not responding on my emails…

I have no payments for July. I wrote three tickets, but support did not answered on them.

Hi guys.

I have tried MobFox about 2 years ago and the performance was absolutely terrible (even in Europe).

Do they provide good eCPM as compared to AdMob for you guys ?
