Low minimum payout ad network

Hello i want to put some ads in my app but in every good network i saw there is at least minumum payout of 50$ and i cant get to this amount which mean i wont get any money at all
so does someone know an low minimum advertising network?

If you have PayPal, appnext pays from $20 minimum
