I’m looking for an app which can send between two clients images taken by the camera, resized, in intervals set by the remote client. The images should be encoded using a video codec since in the designed application the picture often won’t change much, so considerations of cpu usage play a major part.
I’ll consider pay apps too if they provide me with the desired functionality.
