Leadbolt integration - how to get rid of "Loading - please wait"

Hi,

I’m in progress of implementing LeadBolt in my app. I want to show a banner at the bottom when an activity loads. I have followed their code example, and even thoug I added the caching part, it shows this annoying dialog box with “Loading - Please wait”!

Is this normal, how can I get rid of it? Purpose of caching is kinda gone when it shows this…

You can ignore my question; turned out that its the code for AppFireWorks (which is included with LeadBolt) that causes this to happen.
