My original GP dev account was banned over a year. I have few GP dev accounts for different data (family,cousins).
Did anybody manage to setup properly configured Google Play dev account (for someone else personal data) with in-app payments configured for yourself?
Is it possible? Or google will shoot me down if I put my firstname and lastname in the checkout data?
The account number may be different, but personal data must be real, or this might cause a tax crime.
Did anybody try this FORGET ME function on google, and then recreate google dev again for the real data?
