I am looking for a good ad network that can advertise my Android game using the CPI model.

I am targeting countries like USA, UK, Germany, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands.

My game is created with Adobe AIR so an extension is needed to integrate the SDK in the game.

I am looking for non-incentivized installs only.

Budget can go up to $5000 if the price for install and quality of installs are good enough.
