I don't see my ads

Hi guys, I published an App with Admob (with Google Play Services) but when I open it, I don’t see any ads.
I tried my app only with my Italian Devices, could be this the problem? (the are no ads for italian users?)

Just ran the app and your banners are coming up fine! I’m from the U.K
