How To Enable Startapp Pay Per Download?

Hi, I have integrated Startapp Banner and Interstitial ad units in my app.
Everything is working well now.
But I just get to know that Startapp has Pay Per Download feature.
Anyone knows how to enable Pay Per Download feature in Startapp?

StartApp has stopped PPD model from 1st August

Hey CoolApp,

Beginning August 1st, we could no longer support our Pay Per Download Model due to the change in Google Play’s ad policy. This is why you aren’t seeing any downloads, as we no longer track app downloads for developers.
