help , two application suspended before published to google play

hi, today i tried to publish new application on google play but i suprised that they suspended it because this reason

REASON FOR SUSPENSION: Violation of the intellectual property and impersonation or deceptive behavior provisions of the Content Policy. Please refer to the IP infringement and impersonation policy help article for more information.

Your app and/or elements of its listing on Google Play, including title, description, logo(s), or promotional screenshots must not include unauthorized usage of protected works belonging to a third party.
Your app icon and promotional screenshots must not contain images that appear confusingly similar to existing products.

, i discovered that one of my pics contain gmail logo so i remove it and i make sure that there is no logo on pics , i tried to publish it again with different package name and i surprised that suspended again with the same reason , and i really dont know why .
to be more clear i will upload the photos so maybe can someone tell my in what i am wrong

the main question why , why they suspeded my application , and is it counted or not ?

its counted, your 3rd suspension will get your account suspended.

i dont know why they suspended your 2nd attempt, I would try to contact google about it, I think you have a good case to get your app reinstated.

thank u for ur replay , i am trying to contact them and i reached to place where they want to define the reason of remove , i selected intellectual property but they want document that provide that i have right to use images , icon , etc , and i dont know what to provide to them and what it should be inside in the document , there is another option called “other” should i use it or not ?

Do you have any images in assets that you are not using? It’s not nesessarly in the screenshots. I had an app suspended for the same reason that had a few hundred public domain images in it. I sent google the documentation of where each image originally came from (Documented on my server and linked to in the app on via an ‘image credits’ button). I got a canned response a few hours later stating that appeal the was denied. I checked the apache logs on my server and no one hit that page during that time… so they never even checked!

no i don’t have images in asset , btw the same application with different logo and pictures i publish it 8 times before with the same code but with different subjects , and they publish it without any issues ,that really anoying why they are not define a specific info about the suspension LIKE APPLE , could be that google play want to decrease the number of apps by doing those tricks , another question what is the content of document that u send it to them ?

I sent my appeal after my account was suspended (3 strikes in 4 years is easy to get), so I didn’t fill out the particular form that you are talking about. With every suspension that I had from google, I asked them for details and they always replied with some canned reponse stating to read the original email again. They will not elaborate on anything! It’s hard to appeal when you don’t know what the offence was.

At this point, you might want to consider not touching that account again, or even unpublishing all of your apps so that your personal account does not get blacklisted.
I thought that the big hammer would never fall on me… I had 15 million installs, an average rating of over 4, and tens of thousands of heart warming reviews… Nope! Shut the **** up and talk to the hand.

According to the thread above this one google started today a new approval process, where your app won’t suspended anymore and you het the chance to fix issues. http://forums.makingmoneywithandroid.com/showthread.php?p=112011

When did you publish your app?

i am sweating balls here myself, sitting on 2 suspensions and needing to update some apps. Turns out there is new development brewing that google now reviews apps before publishing, hopefully this will save my account.

what kind of apps were you making? 15m downloads is quite a bit.

yesterday , the first suspended email i received was at 6 pm , the other one i received was at 10pm , if ur right so why they suspended my apps ?,could be that they didn’t approved this system in some other stores like “Arabian store” , i hope that this system be real cuz it will solve alot of things

I had the same issue before, what I did was listing all the asset, code, resource, etc. about how I made them, or hired people to make them, and then I asked what exactly the problem is. Then I got a reply which metioned there’s one logo of a football club which I actually did not used in this app. That was the problem. For your reference to ask google about your issue.

can u tell me what was inside the document that u send to them along with ur question ?

You might want to think about transfering them to a new account… but they might run their random number generator …err ‘scanner’ during that process also.

For example, –>

  1. the icon, how did I hired people to make
  2. the code, based on MIT license, but I have modified it and added functions below: a,b,c…
  3. the image or other resource, also they were made by my hired designer

  4. And then, ask them what exactly is the real problem to cause the app banned.

i send an message about my issue and here is the respond :
Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Play team.

After further review, we are unable to reinstate your application. You can find out more information under Reason for Suspension in the initial removal notification from Google Play. If your account is still in good standing and the nature of your app allows for republishing, you may consider releasing a new, policy compliant version of your app to Google Play under a new package name.

If you do choose to re-publish a new, policy-compliant version of your app, please make sure to review the Content Policy and visit the Policy Help Center for additional guidance to ensure your next app is compliant with the policy.

Due to the volume of appeals, we will be unable to respond to follow-up queries where we have no new information to share.

Regards,
The Google Play Team

btw i was setup an push notification inside that app that register device id inside my database and i check it out , i found that they didn’t review anything because their device id didn’t registered inside my database , is there anyway to send message about this lie ?

They might have checked your app offline.

loool , the hole application required internet to work , GOOGLE LIAR

Well, they could have also based their review on your message alone - meaning they didn’t like your response. Were you in any way rude to them as you are here?

thats really ridiculous , what should i do for them ? , make a party to let them accept my message , f** i am going to apple

Yes, when you asked them about the reason, you need to be very nice. So that they may give you the answer.
