I have 4M impressions and 0.09$ RPM for 30 days. I attached traffic by country, ad format and ad type. Could you please help me to analyze. Why it is so low?

u have super low click rate on banners.
I would give FAN banners a try via admob mediation.
Delete banners, create more full screen ads. (try to use different network what allows on start and on exit ads).
I have couple millions impressions of banners (different ad network) and same situation. Banners ruins UI and are useless. It’s not 2011.
