I had a GP acc which was terminated. I bought new accs and used VM + proxy, but I was suspended again, due to “prior termination”. It seems google managed to identify the apps, even making some changes to it.
Last week I bought a new account and published a new app (made from scratch) and the acc got terminated! The only thing I keep from previous apps was ad networks. Do you think google can relate apps using the same ad network account?
