Google Play Store mass change of ratings from 3 stars to 1 star and invisible comment

Hi,

As the title says, one of my apps has seen a high number of 3 ratings changing to 1 ratings in a 3, 4 hours. There are also supposed to be more 5 comments but none appear. I wonder if this could be related to any fake reviews from one of my competitors since the app has been climbing the ranks and is higher than his already. Did anyone experience something like this in the past?

I have experienced it, but in my case; I have 55 reviews + ratings, and 25 was removed, but were added back in increments each days… Now I have all reviews back. Whats your app url?
