They delete my account because of stickfigure appliation.

I want to sent me the documents that prove the <<sexually explisit material violation of this app>>.I mean the stickfigure 3d 1 application.And the name of the person that make the preview.So I can ask-inform my lawyer if there was violation or not.And dont make suggestions to me of what to do in the feature.
If your answer is <<The agreement say we can delete any account
without reason>>.Dont respont again to me.In this case I will (inform) someone else.

All this until now.I am sure they will not answer again.

FIRST they say that a particular app has expisit sexuall material violation.
And at they SECOND message the refer me to something general adout the Content Policy and the Developer Distribution Agreement.
Any lawyer here or developer with similar experience??
Can I take information about (who is) the person who make the review?
I know the agreement to delete accounts without reason.But the agreement says 100% without reason?
This sounds crazy to me if it is true and I know legal agreements in general are never so simple.

Also after a research about account delete of others I found that google dont even read the messages.
Something about the first violation now.That was for sexually explicit material too but not stickfigure as the last one.
After the (non-stickfigure) app suspension my first action was to upload at amazon.At the Amazon content rating I markt the app as strictly adult.18+.And after 3 days the amazon staf review my app (this is how amazon always do) and they change the content
rating of the app to everyone!!!.The app was exacly the same that suspented from google play.And I have see and I have
screenshots of the first google play page of app icons with similar or more <eplicit sexull material>. Than my (non-stickfigure) app.
Now I m trying to find or to <<GUESS>> what kind of eplicit sexull material can have a stickman.
And I have never play at any of my app adult adversiments…

Does your app contain nude or sexy pictures? What is kind of ur app? Is it a game? Which ad network are you using in your app?

No nude pictures not even human appears inside the app.It was a stickfigure animator in 3d.the only one in 3d.Adcolony was the network.Also i had a crazy user rate after around 100 rates.Only 5 stars or 1 and to many ratings for the 5000 installs until suspent.

Best course of action is to setup another account and re-upload your app. I checked out your app and it seems pretty innocent! Like fundev said, maybe your ad network served the offending content, or a competitor flagged your app as inappropriate. but we can never know. Sometimes, Google terminates accounts without good reason. Think of your time as money - is it worth it to spend hours or days fighting Google, if they’ve already denied your first appeal? Keep your sanity - setup another account, keep within the guidelines and move on.

Agreed with you and believe you that there is no adult stuff in your game.
Google suspends the accounts without any reason sometimes.

You just create another GP account wiyh different credentials.
Change everything.
Change the package of your game as well.

@droidadicct and gcc.Yes you are both right.This is the right way.It will be stupid from me to make the Superman and try
to fight google this way.And now I have the time to improve my applications…
