Google Account Termination. PRIOR VIOLATIONS

I keep getting my google account terminated for PRIOR violations within 3 days after publishing some apps.

I did apps with reskin, i even tried using another new pc to sign and compile.

my settings are below

  1. Entropay, gmail pva, simcard > BAN
  2. Bought from a vietnam seller name vt with , vps and vm (bitvise ssh+proxifier) > BAN
  3. Entropay, gmail pva, amazon aws > BAN
  4. Payonner, my old gmail account > ALIVE

any idea how to deal with this?
