Almost 1 year back, my google play account has been suspended for multiple policy violations with multiple applications. There are few apps I published in the same account which does not have any policy violations. I lost those apps also due to account suspension. Can I use the images from those apps now in my new google account?
I wouldn’t do it. Very easy way for Google to identify a link between your banned account and your current one. This could mean instant ban of the current GP account.
