Bulking + Creatine

Hello everyone

I am currently trying to gain weight and build more muscle mass. I know I have to consume a calorie surplus to do this. Some days it’s easier than others… In addition to this, I’ve been considering taking creatine for a while.

Who of you has experience in the bulking process with creatine or with creatine in general and can give me tips/advice as a potential beginner?
What do I have to consider?
How does creatine work?
Does Creatine Promote Weight Gain/Muscle Building?

I see it’s been a while since you’ve posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone here has tried pairing creatine with beta-alanine during a bulking phase? I’ve read that the combo could help with endurance and size gains, but I’m not sure if the timing matters or if it’s overkill. Curious to hear what’s worked for others recently or if opinions have changed.

I had similar questions a while ago and ended up trying a few combos myself. What worked best for me was consistent workouts, lots of water, and stacking creatine with a clean bulking diet. I also tried some stuff from https://biaxol.co.uk/ and noticed a difference in strength and recovery after a couple weeks. It wasn’t instant, but definitely helped over time, especially paired with enough protein and rest.
