I want to buy installs from USA because I am planning to promote app in USA at the moment.
Also I want to get ~100 good reviews for the app, and I want the app not to be deleted just after installing.
The questin: what is the best service to buy installs and reviews in my situation?
And second question: how much (on the average) one USA google play install costs at the moment?
