Auto suggest in Google Play including icon

Probably several of you have also discovered the icons and Google Plays auto suggest. And these icons do not only come for brand-keywords. They also come for generic keywords like in my example: Keyword “book”.

Does anybody of you know how I can get an icon for my app too at Google Plays auto suggest?

I believe those suggestions are added manually by Google. It’s like a featuring.

I don’t think so it is done manually by Google…I have seen some crap apps appreaing with icon in the auto suggest…There is some trick for that…if anyone is willing to share it i am willing to pay…interested people can pm me
