Is it allowed to have an app with the same name as a popular app? Like if I name my app circle just like the one created by ketchapp will this get my app banned?

A combination of a trademark word in the title + having similair gameplay is a ban. Also I saw that mr jump clones were banned at google play.
But let’s say that I have a totally different game and use the same title, will this get me banned?
