Airpush deceptive ad against Google polices

Today when tested my app I saw deceptive ad in Arabic and its against Google polices Im not using current airpush sdk I`m using old airpush sdk

Update: Airpush just resolved the problem, they banned that ad and the advertiser.

need to find out what advertiser is doing it and then ban them from using Airpush
