I’m looking for Ads notification with a high ecpm rate, over 1$. In my app, ads notification is the only things that bring me money.
Do ads notification is still legal view from from Googe play policy ?
Do you know some networks that offer this?

no, they are against google policy, you can only use it for other stores. Airpush offers it for other app stores.
