Admob sensitive ads, what to set content rating to?

In Admob there is a list of sensitive Ad categories like: astrology, dating, video games, politics, ringtones etc.

Do you know from what content rating in your application (low maturity, medium, high) you can show those sensitive Ads?

Medium and above is OK in my case. Not sure about low.

Which content rating you are talking. How we can see it, we can see reviews but how to see content rating can you explain.

You can set the content rating of your app in the developers Console to: everyone, low, medium and high. When you set it for instance to high, someone with the age of 12 shouldn’t be able to see the application on a his/her device.

But I also read most kids know how to get around it nowadays :), so it probably would not effect your downloads from kids, but it protects you against a claim there is maturity content, like some sensitive ads, on your app.
