Admob In-House Ad - Advertising a website on my app

Is it possible to advertise a website within my app? Trying to figure out where to set it up.

There seems to be a way to setup an in house ad that would display ON a website, but not FOR a website advertised ON my app. When I try to setup an in house ad, it wants to advertise an app (I guess this is meant to cross promote another app if you have one). When if you just want to promote your website from your app?

I think you’d have to go through normal AdSense to do that?
