I got 8 emails from Admob too.
Has anyone banned Admob account by Ad serving has been disabled?
Google: AdMob publishers may not display Google ads on apps with content protected by copyright law unless they have the necessary legal rights to display that content. This includes apps that display copyrighted material, apps hosting copyrighted files, or apps that provide links driving traffic to sites that contain copyrighted material.
probably your app was very famous. Having a look at play store shows me unlimited apps with copyright violation.
It is a wallpaper app, used pokemon pictures from deviantart.
My store banned (copyright violation) then admob disabled ads in all app in my store with same reasons 
I dont known what happend when i try re-upload again 
How many installs were there before it got banned?
~ 5k installs / 10k downloads
that’s not very big numbers. someone must have raised an objection for your app. Google is in sleep mode for apps with these kind of stats.
I also got the mail about “ad serving disabled from Admob”. But that was someone decompiled my game, changed package and published to another stores. I don’t know how to report this issue to Google…
Or just ignore it?

I blocked an application by AdMob. I would like to send an appeal but I lose email with Issue ID# that AdMob has sent me, now what can I do to fill the appeal form without the Issue ID# ?

Admob updated new photos regarding interstitial implementations. For fixing violation. İt states that user clicks app on home page —> app loading—> interstitial ad-----> home screen of app is a proper way of implementation of the interstitial ad. is this true if i implement interstitial ads in this way ? Ex: user clicks app on home page ----> splash screen loading ----> home screen of the app loaded and then show the interstitial ads ? Thank you for info
