You need to get your friends to give you the first few downloads. Post it on your Facebook etc

You can add in google translation if you have not done so.
You may want to change your title name so that users can see your app when they use keyword search.
If you are still not getting enough downloads, you can try promoting your app.

You absolutely have to market your game/app if your game/app doesn’t market itself/target niches(even it does, you should still market it).
If your game/app is a new game/app un-like anything else on the market, how is anyone going to find out about it? the game/app won’t get put into the keyword search results because of that reason.
I’ll give you an example:
An app that targets a niche and promotes itself(These are just made up) - Call of duty Weapons - This app targets a niche and promotes itself through its name. When people search for Call of Duty, your app is more likely to come up because it targets people that like call of duty, therefore, it will get more downloads.
So you really need to promote your app using reputable services like AppBrain, Chartboost e.t.c.

You might want to consider more common keywords.
e.g. Chat, Text, sms, mms, Message, Messager
You might want to drop the word Random.
Repeat these keywords in the description as well.

The quality of your icon is also very important. It appears to me that there is a ‘color war’ going on. I optimised the color saturation of my icons, to make them compete with all the others. Your icon is nice, but has little color. Add one support color, and make it more saturated, then it will get more attention
