Who has good paying banners?

I am looking for a new ad network to use for banners. I am over airpush and admob for many reasons. I just want some decent paying banners with a good fill rate from a company that pays at least every 30 days am I asking for too much? I have used leadbolt in the past and didnt have much luck with them. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Try startapp. Also look into pollfish (survey format, not banner).

Hey @droid09 - you can also check out native ads from Avocarrot. Although not offering the traditional 320x50 banners, you can play around with the available native ad formats and create your advertising experience however you want. Decent paying ads, good fill rate and Net-30.
