I look for Ad mobile Network with three property:
1- Don’t need GooglePlay link.
2- Accept IPs of my country.
3- Best and most peyment.
Do you know such ad network?

I suggest Notifymob and Airpush both you don’t need googleplay link and both do international traffic.

Yes, but if I entered non GP link I keep getting notification about wrong link… Your system detecting package name does not work

to fix it, non play link in airpush have to be directly to .apk

We have a team that manually checks each of the apps for our sdk.
PM me the app id of the one being flagged and I will personally deal with it.

that is normal if you don’t have many users in that country. I just showed to you that Mobilecorehas inventory in that country because of that 22 impressions reflected in my account. As you observed I just chose Iran in the filter.
