If I add a translation for Portoguese (Brazil) - pt-BR will it be visible also for users in Portugal who will have pt-PT locale?

I think so.
You can make this language your phone’s language and open your app page in play store and see what happens.
Pt-br will see pt-br listing, pt-pt will see pt-pt listing or default listing. Just my thought.
