Guys the IP make any difference to create new google accounts and publish new apps?
Browser or machine as well?
ip has very little to do with anything unless you will publish same damn apps as some other banned account
I tethered when I made a new account, then uploaded apps using same ip, even logged into google gmail on suspended accounts and still uploaded on same ip and account lasted over 1 year
as long as you dont use the same credit card to pay for google dev fee, you will be fine I think
