Startapp referall program not record

I am try promote my referal program with more my friend, they join and add app on startapp dashboard, but i dont show they on my referal dashboard?
Are dashboard referall program startapp error and not record referall?

There used to be a 24 hr wait before they showed up.
The new one has had tons of problems though, so contact their support.

New referrals are only for the first 3 months though…

Hey Qwerty,

There is an approval process for new referrals, so it may take a few days to process. If you don’t see your referrals by the end of the week, reach out to support at [email protected] and they will be able to look into the issue.
