Hi, I have 2 version of my app. The first with AppNext and the second with StartApp, both versions displaying in-stream-ads. But number of impressions in StartApp is very low:
AppNext | Yesterday active users: 1039 | Yesterday impressions: 5809
StartApp | Yesterday active users: 2478 | Yesterday impressions: 715
I’m using StartApp from 2 days, but my eCPM is still 0, wtf?

The payment for impressions in based on the level of user interaction with the advertisements shown in your app. Every time a user clicks on an ad or installs an app from an add, you will earn revenue. So, as your impression count increases, statistically, your eCPM will increase as more users engage.

AppNext | App active users: 476 | Impressions: 6597
StartApp | App active users: 2567 | Impressions: 700
That’s mean StartApp has a very low fill rate. It is possible to check the number of requests?

If ads are being called but nothing is showing up, there could be an issue with your integration. Our support team can look into your account and at your apps to determine if there are any problems.
