Some questions about Notify

I will release my first app after a few days,
I heard about Notify and I am going to try it, but I have some questions:
1- do they support mediation with admob?
2- My audience are from middle east, what about the ecpm, and fill rate for this area? some examples if possible.
3- I have an app which is not a game, any special instructions for that?

U will call their Api and keep waiting for banner to load. Takes 15 to 30 seconds to load.
