I have a free app on the store with ads. Many users write in reviews they want paid version ad free. I want to put pro version apk available on my website upon PayPal donation because I can’t open google merchant account in my country to sell paid apps.
Can I reply to reviews saying “paid ad free version is now available from www.mywebsitename.com” or do you think it’s not permitted by Google policies?
Developer Distribution Agreement says
“4.5 Alternative Stores. You may not use the Store to distribute or make available any Product which has a purpose that facilitates the distribution of software applications and games for use on Android devices outside of the Store.”
but it’s hard to say if putting a link to my website saying “Visit my website for more features” violates this…
