revmob not show ad and payment date gone from dashboard

I use revmob from november, schedule payment revenue and payment date has show in head dashboard for november, on 16 dec there arent ad to show and payment date in dashsboard gone. Then i try check log… i found:

RevMob did not answered as expected. (403)

any one know what happen it?
I have sent email to support, but no anwser from them.

Please help me, i was earned $1.500 and now no ads showing and payment date gone!
