Received "Google AdMob ad serving has been disabled to your application" from Google

Has anyone received this message from Google Admob.

GOOGLE PRODUCT ABUSE: AdMob publishers are not permitted to promote the abuse of any Google product, such as Play, YouTube, Orkut, or Blogger. This includes providing the means to circumvent the policies of these or other Google products.

The application is a media player which was suspended due abuse DMCA complain several weeks ago. After fighting for DMCA counter notification, Google finally reinstate my application. However, they immediately disables ad serving to my application for a very generic reason “GOOGLE PRODUCT ABUSE”. So the reinstation is meaningless because it will not generate any ads traffic. My application doesn’t use or rely on any Google Product such as YouTube…I don’t really understanding what they mean.

Does application removed from Google Play also not receive Admob traffic ?

Google is just all over the place these days… very hard to keep up with them lately.

Question - if admob blocked you but your app is still on Google Play - why not use another ad netwrok? Plenty of those are avaialble with some good eCPM, better than admob most times.
