I am planing to add rate us dialog in my app so i search on internet regarding rate dialog library and i found this one https://github.com/androidsx/rate-me.
In this library they provide one dialog to choose rating if rating is positive then they move forward to Google play rating page and if negative they ask for feedback.

if the rating is positive, we take the user to the Play Store directly. Otherwise, we ask him for feedback via email. (This is all configurable.)
This is legal or illegal in google play .if i use this library to my app Google can ban my app or give me any penalty?.
