so i was easily over the threshold for my first app this month at the start, but i havent been payed yet, and i cant send a message to admob since i have no payment number cause they didnt pay me, and cant post on google forums cause my topics arent approved so i have to know has anyone else been payed yet this month??, im using paypal, someone please tell me im getting payed? thanks in advance
Forget these shitty google user forums, I made about 10 threads and no of them ever got activated. I love google but I hate them for their support, I am lucky I found this forum.
I turned to PayPal this night, too because I reached my treshold on 04/01and didn’t get anything in my bank account so far. I’ll inform you as soon as I got my payout so you can compare the intervall. Maybe you didn’t really get the treshold at the start but a few days later so you have to wait until ~15 of june.
They pay net30 (which often ends up being net45 in reality). This means if you meet the threshold in January ($50 or more) then you get paid that in March. On one of the first few days of the month in which payment occurs they send you an e-mail saying payment has been initiated and the amount you are being paid etc. If you use Paypal (I do) then you generally receive the actual payment on or around the 14th of that month.
I can confirm this month’s payment has been received by me (earnings for March 1st-31st).
If you reached the threshold in the month that just passed (April) then you will get paid next month (June).
March payment came on May 14(which I received via wire)
April’s will only arrive by June 15…
Its not fair calling their payment net30…It always takes 45 days…wire transfer takes a maximum of 10 minutes for other ad networks(received payment during a live chat with airpush :eek:)…
Why do admob take an additional 15 day to make a wire or paypal transfer…a mystery:confused:
Well after re-capping on their T&Cs they definitely state that it is net 30. They don’t say anything about additional time on top of that.
As to why they do it, they make a shit ton of interest on the cash in those extra 2 weeks.
The payment notification e-mail we get at the start of the month always refers to “processing a payment”, which suggests they are checking all data is legitimate and funds are correct etc. Since 30 days have already passed since those earnings were made they don’t really have any need to wait that long to “process a payment”…
Oh well, they are owned by Google and Google like to make a lot of money. At least we get to be a part of that lol.
When they say they are “processing a payment” (after the end of month) they take additional 12-15 days to pay. So it’s closer to net45 in reality. 
net45? wow you have to be kidding? well atleast that would explain it thankyou guys really helpful, certainly more then google was, good company very poor with dealing with the people they need.
There are some banner networks that are true net30 and some that are even better like AppBrain. Then again there are many that are worse like MMedia (net45-60) or inMobi (net60).
More aggressive ad formats generally have shorter payment terms.
And yes, Google are useless are customer support. Always have been and always will be, since they can get away with it.
MMedia is net65.
Mobclix beats everyone big time with a grand net90…there is no competition with them…
I wish appbrain had wire transfer…They seems to be a very nice choice with net0…:eek:
It’s hard to make bigger money with AppBrain though - appwall isn’t clicked that much from long time users, banners are all the same. It’s a great addition though.
