Thier website is www.madvad.com the guy responded and claims 10 cent per install for low countries and 30 cents per install for high countries with the average being 15 cents per install of your app. I asked him to sign me up and no response for 3 day snow, and no response on skype either. Website looks like a first grader put it together.
