It isn’t, afaik - all downloads must go through Google Play.

besides, I think direct download apk is a very good monetization way in wallpaper apps. you can distribute the apps in other app store.
Turmin said he can remove the apk campaigns for you if you want. Generally, this is a good network, we should support them instead of some other scam networks
Just ask Turmin to only turn on Google play campaigns
